Hello there! I’m Jelyssa, the woman behind Good Living Décor. I started out working in public service as a coordinator for the University of North Carolina. When my husband and I built our first home in Apex, I really became drawn to curating a space that combined both style and a touch of homeyness. Not only did I love every step of decorating my home but I loved helping my friends with recommendations of how to elevate their spaces and from there, GLD was born. I consider myself to be a passionate self-taught interior decorator on a mission to transform homes into havens of joy and style. I find immense fulfillment in assisting both young and seasoned families as well as individuals into bringing life and personality to their homes.
